Yeah, I made a TEXHNOLYZE wallpaper since none really exist yet. Image used is an illustration by Yoshitoshi ABe (because AB's work is just awesome, especially the serial experiments lain stuff). Used brushes from Vered Brushes . The WinAmp skin is called Sleeping Beauty (which I picked up from Arashi no Umi) and features Kazuki Kakyou from X. I love Kakyou to death! ^.^ Anyway, so Riku went bye-bye because the brightness was starting to bother my sensitive eyes. Oh well, he'll return again once I make, like, a darker wallpaper with him in it or something. Enjoy the new desktop! ^^;;

He's from an anime called TEXHNOLYZE which is made by the same guys who did Serial Experiments Lain. In fact, the artist who illustrated the pic edited here was the art and character designer for Serial Experiments Lain. It's fairly new, with the ending song being sung by the utterly wonderful Gackt. ^.^

Whoa, very cool, I'm possitive I'll be hearing about this alot more soon, lol :D I noticed the same vibe about the pic as SE:L in art and overall mood, and name too. Anyway great work :)

Yeah, I wanna do that, but I can't find any high quality images that are good enough for what I need (or big enough > .o;; ). I was thinking of maybe doing something with the nice Ansem!Riku picture I have. If I can make a background that'll work with the composition of the pic and Riku's strange position, I could have a really killer wallpaper. I'm still searching for that one pic though from KH that'll scream out to me, "Make me a wallpaper or layout!" ^^;;
