Name: Tobias of Gehenna
Gender: Male
Job Title: Necromancer-Shadow Sorcerer
Personality: Likes his privacy, comes off as being rather cold, but very driven towards his goals. He isn't evil per se, but he belives in doing what he wants no matter the cost.
Height: 6'1
Weight: 175
Hair style: long, wavy black hair to the middle of his back
Costume: Dresses in expensive clothing (silks and velvets), inlaid with gold thread and gems. Likes close-fitting clothes, high boots and a hooded cloak. Mainly black and red fabric, though he sometimes wears midnight blue as well.
Additional comments: As a shadow sorcerer, he can travel between any two shadows, rendering his skin as black as night. He is undead, and must stay out of sunlight. As a human he was very ill, and learned necromancy as a way to extend his life past his death. He is physically quite weak, but strong in magic. Bishonen if you wish.

I know, this is from the 16th thread and we're not there yet. Well, she answered my special "Random Rabite Question" and her request was to move her orichara Tobias up the ladder, so I did. This actually looked better as a sketch... I was experimenting in Photoshop and with my own artistic abilities with this. Once again there is a REALLY stupid background. Argh, and it's so dark... Not happy with it am I, but I hope you like it, ! ^^;; Oh and the title comes from the song that inspired the pic: Hoshi no Suna (The Star of the Sand) by Gackt. It came coupled with the single Tsuki no Uta (The Song of the Moon), which also had a small part in this pic. Both are beautiful songs. I love Gackt to pieces! Especially when he gives me inspiration!
Hee! My Toby He looks great, btw. The folds of the cloak are fantastic, and the eyes look good too. Looks like the period just after his change, before he began to shadow-walk.

Thanks, had so much fun with the folds that I had lines going every where! ^^;;; Had to erase a bunch of 'em cause I wasn't quite sure where they'd come from or why they were there... ^^;;;;
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
